Unfortunately, no. You will have to pay the shipping fee for transportation of the wholesale packaging boxes.
Can you replace products that are damaged during shipping?
It happens on rare occasions because we ensure that all our products are well-packaged before being shipped.
But in case it does, please contact customer care on the website. They will guide you and advise you accordingly.
How do I know where to lay down my artwork on the packaging?
Our in-house design team will supply a PDF cutter guide showing the flat unfolded blank packaging to which the artwork can be laid down on.
How has Covid-19 affected your manufacturing capabilities?
We have been very fortunate to have remained fully operational during the pandemic and have been playing a critical role in supporting our customers across various industries to help ensure they remain operational. What am I supposed to do if my wholesale order delays?
If your order is late for more than three days, email Moxpack customer care on the website to be assisted further.
Kindly note that sometimes the orders can delay because of unavoidable circumstances. Just be patient and we sure you there is a valid reason for the delay.
How long does it take for me to receive the goods that I’ve ordered?
Usually within 2-3 weeks if no customization on the products, but currently, the time of shipping by sea is unpredictable （for stickers, the recommend transportation is by express like UPS, FedEx).
Can you work with us to design a pack from scratch and bespoke to my needs?
Yes, we pride ourselves on working closely with our customers from consulting to design and through to the finished product. We have an in-house design team who are able to design a packaging solution specific to your requirements.
Do you provide custom designs? And will I receive an art proof before production?
Yes, we will send you a proof after receiving your order. Production begins only after we get your approval of the artwork.
